The Space:
This beautiful Penthouse is located in the safe and exclusive neighborhood of Jan Thiel, where you will find some of the most popular beaches and restaurants in Curacao just a short walk away. This exclusive, secured complex, the Spanish water Residence & Marina, has its own communal swimming pool, and a restaurant is right next door. The Penthouse overlooks a tropical garden and consists of three double bedrooms.

The living room has views of the Spanish Water's harbor, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials. All rooms have air conditioning, and there is excellent WIFI throughout the penthouse. All bedrooms are supplied with freshly cleaned linen and towels

Kitchen essentials include a coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen stove, oven and grill, microwave, large American refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, and vacuum cleaner. The communal swimming pool is only steps away from your residency. The penthouse and chairs and sunbeds are available free at the pool. Caracasbaai beach is a 5-minute walk away, and only a 10 -15 minute walk or 3-minute drive will get you to the famous 'Jan Thiel' beach area. A highly recommended Caribbean restaurant is next door, while there are more restaurants and bars around the corner.
